The Palais des Festivals is less than 10 minutes walk away, so the apartment can supply all your needs for congress and festivals when in Cannes on business. Being so close to the chic shopping area of Rue d'Antibes, restaurants, bars, cinemas, the port and the beaches make it an ideal holiday venue, with or without a car.
Location
The Etoile d'Or apartments are in the heart of Cannes in the famous 'banane' area so would be a great location for the business conferences in the Palais des Festivals. Rue Jean Jaures is alongside the market square - Marche Gambetta where there is a daily market.
For your self-catering holiday you can pop downstairs for your fresh croissants and then buy the fresh fruits and vegetables in the colourful market.
There are many nearby restaurants and cafes to choose from - infact everything you need is in walking distance of the apartment.
If you want to explore the Cote d'Azur you are a couple of minutes from Cannes Station where you can catch a train along the coast and visit Nice, Monaco and even Italy for the famous Friday market.
At the port of Cannes you can take the ferry to the Islands off of Cannes or to St Tropez. There is also a bus station close by where you can take a trip inland to the famous perfume capital of Grasse and many hilltop villages.

Accessibility
The apartment has convenient wheelchair access from the ground floor by elevator, and from the garage on the first floor. All rooms within the apartment are accessible by wheelchair, although there is a step over onto the balcony.
Outside
The apartment on the 4th floor overlooks the Place Gambetta marketsquare - fish, meat, fruits and wonderful cheeses are all on the doorstep! And with the boulangerie right next door to the apartment, everything you need is conveniently close by.
Coast/Beach
The famous La Croisette beach is only 7 minutes away. The larger Plage du Midi, a long public beach, is a 10-15 walk. The water taxis to St Tropez and the Isles de Lerins can be reached by foot in a few minutes and provide a delightful day out.
Travel
Nice Cote d'Azur Airport: 30 mins by car. Cannes Mandelieu Airport: 20 mins by car. Gare de Cannes.Rail station; 3 minutes walk. Cannes Bus terminal: 8 minutes walk. The whole of the French Riviera and Provence is within easy travelling distance. From Cannes railway station, a direct line gives access across the border to Italy, passing through Antibes, Nice and Monaco.
Booking notes
30% non refundable deposit to be received within 1 week of booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to start of rental. A security deposit of 500 euros will be required at the time of payment of the fiinal balance, This will be returned on leaving the apartment in a satisfactory condition and the receipt of keys if these have been sent to clients in advance of their stay. For last minute bookings the full amount is due on booking. There is a minimum stay of 3 nights.
